24k Markets broker review

Founded in 2023. 24K Markets is a trading platform. It offers many financial instruments. These include Forex, Crypto, Indices, US shares, EU shares, and Commodities. 24K Markets is a trading platform operated by 24 Markets Ltd, registered in Saint Lucia with the company number 2023-00364.

The platform caters to traders of all levels by providing four distinct account types. They provide a demo account and cater to Islamic investors with swap-free accounts. However, a major concern is the lack of regulation by a reputable financial authority. Trading with unregulated brokers carries increased risks of fraud, market manipulation, and economic losses.

  • YOUR MONEY IS NOT PROTECTED

Trading with an unregulated broker carries real risks. You have no access to a financial ombudsman, no guaranteed segregation of your funds, and no compensation scheme if the broker fails or refuses a withdrawal.

Is 24K Markets regulated?

No. 24K Markets is not regulated by any major financial authority such as the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC. The platform is operated by 24 Markets Ltd, registered in Saint Lucia (company number 2023-00364), a jurisdiction that does not license or supervise forex and CFD brokers in any meaningful way.

What this means for you in practice: there is no regulator auditing how the company holds your money, no independent body to complain to if a withdrawal is refused, and no compensation scheme to fall back on if the firm closes. The company says it keeps client funds in segregated accounts, but with no external oversight there is no way to verify that claim or enforce it.

We do not recommend trading with 24K Markets. If you are comparing brokers, start with one that holds a top-tier licence, where your funds and your rights are actually protected.

How to open an account with 24k Markets?

To open an account with 24k Markets the following steps are to follow.

  • Tap on Complete Sign-Up.
  • Fill in additional sign-up credentials.

Conclusion

24K Markets offers a variety of features and a user-friendly platform. However, the lack of regulation by a reputable financial authority is a significant red flag. This means there is no external oversight to ensure fair practices, protect investor funds, or address complaints.

Before considering 24K Markets, carefully weigh the risks and ensure you understand the potential consequences of trading with an unregulated broker. It is highly recommended to prioritize brokers regulated by reputable authorities.

  • LOOKING FOR A REGULATED BROKER?

This review is published for information only. If you want a regulated broker for this type of trading, see our regulated CFD brokers instead, where every broker there is checked against our regulation-first standard.

The bottom line

24K Markets has a clean-looking platform and a decent spread of instruments, but none of that matters when there is no regulator standing behind it. A new domain, a Scamadviser score of 1 out of 100, and an offshore registration with no oversight all point the same way.

Your deposit is only as safe as the company’s word, and there is nothing forcing them to keep it. For most traders, that is reason enough to look elsewhere.
